How it works

Three steps from documents to delivery

1. Send your documents

Upload a scan or photograph with the language pair, destination and your contact details.

2. Approve the quotation

We confirm the translation format, whether NAATI certification is needed, and the quoted fee before work proceeds. NAATI certification is available for most language pairs.

3. Receive the translation

The completed translation is sent by email unless another delivery method is agreed in the quote.

Certification and intended use

The receiving organisation decides the format

A certified translation is a translator’s signed statement that the translation is complete and accurate. Notarisation, MOFA attestation and apostille are separate official acts. Elite Translation Service does not provide those services; they are mentioned only so you can check what the receiving organisation requires.

Certified translation

Used for many Pakistani and overseas filings. Ask the embassy, university, court or employer what they will accept.

NAATI-certified translation

Often requested for Australian authorities. A NAATI Certified Translator can be assigned for most language pairs; uncommon pairs are confirmed in the quote.

Notarisation and attestation

We do not offer notarisation, MOFA attestation or apostille. If the receiving organisation requires them, they are arranged separately after the translation is ready.

Languages

Priority languages, with Urdu and Punjabi first

These names match languages already listed on this website. If your language is not shown, send the documents anyway and we will confirm availability.

Questions

Practical FAQs

How do I request a quote?

Use the form on this page or Get a Free Quote. Include the source and target languages, where the translation will be used, and at least one document file. You can also message us on WhatsApp.

Can I send a scan or photograph?

Yes. Clear JPG, PNG, GIF or PDF files are accepted. Photograph the full page, including stamps and handwritten notes, so the translator can see the complete document.

What determines the price?

The quote depends on the language pair, document length and complexity, and the certification format required by the receiving organisation. We confirm the fee after reviewing your files rather than publishing a fixed price list here.

How long does translation take?

Timing depends on the document and the certification requested. The quotation will state the expected delivery time for your files. We do not publish a guaranteed turnaround on this page.

Do I need a NAATI-certified translation?

Only if the organisation that will receive the translation asks for a NAATI Certified Translator. Many Pakistani uses need a certified translation without NAATI. NAATI certification can be provided for most language pairs; if yours is uncommon, we will say so in the quote.

Can I order from outside Lahore?

Yes. Documents can be sent online from elsewhere in Pakistan or from overseas. The Lahore address is the office location, not a requirement that you visit in person.

How will I receive my translation?

Completed translations are normally emailed as digital files. If a printed copy is required, that can be discussed when you approve the quote.

Does translation include notarisation or attestation?

No. Translation does not include notarisation, MOFA attestation or apostille, and we do not provide those services. If they are required, they are arranged separately with the relevant authority.

Send your documents for a quote

Tell us the language pair and intended use. We will confirm the translation format, including NAATI certification where it is required and available for most language pairs, and how the finished file will be delivered.
